Zealous to pursue her passion for real estate and design, Drea began her career working in development. She has been responsible for acquisitions and has held the role of project and design director for a large development firm.

Erin Marie Johnson was born and raised in San Diego and has an innate passion for her hometown's unparalleled sunshine-filled lifestyle. Nicole Rippee
Nicole was born and raised in San Diego. After graduating from Torrey Pines High School, she went on to study communications at USC and continued her passion for learning at the Art Institute of California for Interior Design.
Real estate design and development is in Nicole’s blood. Her family business, Pacific View Estates, builds custom homes and estates throughout the greater San Diego and Palm Desert areas. She has been observing and managing projects for as long as she can remember. Her love for design and development and her passion for the process has only grown deeper throughout the years.
As one of the first developers on the scene in Santaluz and Rancho Pacifica, she quickly learned the importance of quality, customer service and attention to detail. This skill set has helped to ensure Pacific View Estates stays at the top of the list for the most discerning buyers and builders of custom homes in Rancho Santa Fe, Coastal San Diego, and Palm Desert with projects in the award-winning neighborhoods of The Hideaway, La Quinta, The Tradition, and Big Horn.
Aside from real estate project management and design, being a mother of an active 8-year-old boy keeps Nicole very busy! You will find her running around town to baseball, soccer, piano and Ju-Jitsu. Summers are spent at the YMCA where she also volunteers with the youth programs. When not on the sideline at a field cheering Easton on, you will find her at the local farmer's markets finding new foods, recipes and mingling with the people she loves so dearly in the communities she serves.
Currently, Nicole is the Operations Manager for Coastal Collective. She works tirelessly alongside Drea Guldemond and her team to make sure their clients' dream homes become a reality. She runs the business operations, back end accounting, and supports white glove customer service as the team's go-to person for keeping deadlines on track and project management moving smoothly. Every day is different and she loves every minute of it!

Erin Johnson is a native San Diegan who has witnessed the growth of the North County real estate landscape over the years. Watching all of the exciting development in Coastal North County is what inspired her to pursue a career in real estate and purchase her own home in La Costa to plant her roots.
